Warehouse Operative (GMP Environment)
Location: Swindon (onsite)
Start Date: ASAP (no notice periods)
Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension/perm hire)
Hours: 40.25 per week
Shift Pattern: 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00 (2 days / 2 nights / 4 off)
Overview
This is an urgent replacement hire with an immediate April start. Candidates must have strong warehouse experience, ideally within a GMP-regulated environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE preferred), MS Office, and inventory control processes
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Additional Information
- Fully onsite role based in Swindon
- Candidates must be available to start immediately (no notice periods)
- If based over 1 hour from site, candidates must confirm:
- They are happy with the travel time/distance
- They are willing to cover travel cost
- They understand their full journey to site
