Job title: Qualified Conveyancer (Residential Property)
Location: Bolton (Full-Time) Office-Based

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Qualified Conveyancer to join its busy residential property team based in Bolton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) to join a supportive and structured environment with a strong pipeline of work.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with support from an experienced team where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Conducting title investigations and reporting on title to clients and lenders
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and associated legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
- Managing exchange of contracts and completions
- Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and lender requirements
- Maintaining high standards of client care and communication throughout the transaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) within residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across the full conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, office-based environment
