ROLE: Soft Services Supervisor (Mobile)
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
LOCATION: Herts CLCH NHS - Watford - Langley House
With on occasion supporting the Potters Bar Community Hospital

Role Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with Clients and Internal teams,
- Conduct Cleaning and Catering Audits for the site,
- Monitor performance against SLA's and Cleaning specifications,
- Schedule teams rotas, sick and annual leave cover etc,
- Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance),
- Manage employee wages and ensure Health & safety compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Soft Services/ Catering / Operations,
- Knowledge of ‘National Standards for Healthcare Food and Drink',
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages,
- Excellent customer service and communication skills,
- Food Hygiene qualification is highly desirable,
- Supervisory/ Managerial experience,
- Strong organisation skills and time management,
