How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Role

WBD Group are seeking an Operations Business Partner to support their growing London team. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll play a key role in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly while helping to maintain an organised, welcoming, and high‑performing office environment.

WBD has a number of exciting startups that will allow the application to apply its skills and help develop these companies into successful businesses.

You’ll support a broad range of activities, including HR and recruitment, culture and engagement initiatives, finance administration, general team support, and occasional front‑of‑house duties.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. We’re looking for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in wherever needed.

In return, WBD Group offers a collaborative working environment and an attractive benefits package.

    • Salary: market leading, reviewed annually.
    • Generous holiday allowance: 34 days of leave in total, which includes bank holidays and bonus company holidays. Additionally, you will receive one extra day of leave for every three years of service, and any unused leave can be carried over.
    • Hybrid working: 3 days office-based, offering a balance of collaboration and flexibility.
    • Remote Working: Enjoy working anywhere for up to 2 weeks each year from a beach of your choice.
    • Pension: You’ll be auto-enrolled into the company scheme managed by Nest and receive a 3% contribution from us.

    We also offer:

    • Membership fees to a relevant professional institution.
    • CPD allowance for courses, conferences, and training aligned with business needs.
    • Cycle to work scheme.
    • Meaningful Projects – Contribute to landmark tall and high-risk buildings that shape the built environment.
    • Global Opportunities – Help us expand into international markets.
    • Social Calendar – Regular outings, team events, and a culture that celebrates success together.
