Job Opportunity: Road & Drainage Operatives - Preston

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Road Sewage Gang to join an active housing development project in Preston.

Role Overview:
The main responsibility will be carrying out drainage works on a housing site. This includes installation, maintenance, and general groundwork associated with sewer and drainage systems.

Job Details:

📍 Location: Preston

🕒 Duration: Up to 3 months

👷 Team: Full gang considered (including machine drivers, groundworkers, and pipe layers)

💼 Start: Immediate start available

Key Duties:

Installation of drainage systems and pipework

Trenching and backfilling

Working alongside site managers and other trades

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

Requirements:

Previous experience in drainage and groundwork

Valid CSCS card (essential)

CPCS/NPORS (for machine drivers, if applicable)

Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines

Strong understanding of site health & safety
