* Flexible working pattern rarely offered at this level (9‑day fortnight available)

* Car Allowance: £5,780
* Annual Leave: 26 days
* Working Pattern: 9‑day fortnight or standard 5‑day working week

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting commercial strategy and contractual compliance for a defined project scope
* Managing cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting
* Preparing and agreeing applications for payment and valuations
* Assisting with variations, change management and entitlement
* Supporting final account preparation and negotiations
* Managing commercial aspects of supply‑chain packages
* Identifying and managing commercial risk and opportunity
* Working closely with site and delivery teams to ensure cost certainty
This role suits someone who wants senior responsibility and influence, while remaining close to delivery rather than stepping into a purely governance‑focused position.
About You
You will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial professional with:
* A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Strong experience on large construction or infrastructure projects
* Practical working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
* Confidence working in high‑value, complex project environments

If you are looking for:
* A senior role with real responsibility but clear commercial support
* Long‑term project security on a respected UK programme
* Flexibility that supports work‑life balance at senior level
This position offers a rare blend of delivery focus, stability and progression within a flagship infrastructure project
