Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs through job analysis and consultations with managers and HR.
Design and manage impactful training programs tailored to both organizational and individual needs.
Deliver engaging training sessions using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning methods.
Create innovative training materials for in-house courses that inspire and educate.
Assess the return on investment for training programs, ensuring budget compliance.
Develop effective onboarding and training strategies for new staff and trainees.
Monitor trainee progress through appraisals and provide timely feedback.
Collaborate with line managers to tackle specific training challenges.
Stay updated on training trends and methodologies to continuously enhance learning experiences.
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to streamline processes.
