Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded AJ100 architectural practice based in Derby, who are looking to appoint a confident and capable Job Running Architect to join their Industrial & Logistics team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect to take ownership of projects, leading schemes from design development through to delivery, while working within a collaborative studio that supports flexible and hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:
• Lead the delivery of Industrial & Logistics projects from design through to completion
• Prepare and develop design proposals across all RIBA stages
• Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Manage day-to-day project running, including programme and client liaison
• Coordinate consultants and resolve design and technical challenges
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with UK building regulations and standards
Key Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:
• Qualified Architect with experience within a UK architectural practice
• Proven experience leading or running projects across relevant sectors
• Experience working on Industrial or complex commercial schemes desirable
• Strong design, technical and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Confident communicator with strong project management ability
