Credit Controller

We are looking for a Credit Controller to come in and become a vital part of our finance team, where your attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships will make a real impact.

As a company Credit Controller, you’ll take ownership of customer accounts, ensuring cash flow remains strong and consistent across the business. You’ll monitor aged debt, proactively engage with customers to secure payments, and resolve account queries with professionalism and confidence. From accurate cash allocation to account reconciliation, your work will directly support the financial health of the organisation.

Role - Credit Controller, Purchase Ledger, Collections Advisor, Credit Control, Debt collection, Collections Agent etc. 

Location: Westbury, Wiltshire 

Salary: £12.71 per hour (40 hours per week – Mon to Fri 9am-5:30pm) working out to Roughly £26.4k per annum

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organised under pressure, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You’ll have previous experience in a Credit Control or Debt Recovery related role, be confident communicating with customers, capable of prioritising high-risk accounts, and comfortable working with financial data and Excel. Just as importantly, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
