Join a SEND Primary setting, based in the Medway Towns, dedicated to supporting children with ASC and complex needs, where every child is given the opportunity to flourish. You will lead a small specialist class, supporting pupils with complex needs, including autism, communication needs, and sensory processing differences.

* Pay Range: £168.80 - £232.58 per (equivalent to MPS1–MPS6), dependent on experience
* Contract Type: Full-Time

* Plan and deliver learning tailored to each pupil, aligned with EHCP outcomes and individual needs
* Work collaboratively with support staff and specialists to meet pupils’ holistic needs
* Build positive relationships with families and celebrate progress at every stage
* Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports pupils’ emotional wellbeing
* Contribute to the ongoing development and future direction of the school
Desirable skills & experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong commitment to supporting children with SEND
* A creative and adaptable approach to planning engaging, multisensory learning experiences
* Ability to create a structured, nurturing classroom environment
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A reflective, resilient approach and a willingness to continuously develop your practice
