How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Product Designer – Full-Time | Permanent
    Are you a creative and technically skilled Product Designer looking to bring ideas to life from concept through to production? We are seeking a motivated individual to join a forward-thinking design team focused on developing innovative, high-quality products for global markets.

    The Opportunity

    This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of product development, transforming ideas into manufacturable solutions. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers to ensure products meet real-world needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop product concepts from initial idea through to production
    Create sketches, 3D CAD models, and detailed engineering drawings
    Build and test prototypes to refine designs
    Conduct market research and gather customer insights
    Visit clients to understand user needs and collect feedback
    Apply knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
    Participate in tooling trials and product evaluations
    Ensure designs meet quality, durability, and performance standards
    Collaborate with wider teams to support product launches globallyWhat We’re Looking For

    Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field (minimum 2:1)
    Strong understanding of product design and development
    Proficiency in CAD software (ideally SolidWorks)
    Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
    Practical experience in prototyping and model making
    Knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods
    Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
    Strong communication and teamwork skillsDesirable

    Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
