Key Responsibilities
Provide inspirational leadership and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional care
Maintain compliance in line with CQC standards and best practice
Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational performance
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
Drive continuous improvement and nurture a positive, person-centred culture
About You
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a care or nursing setting
Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks
A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is essential
A compassionate leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents’ wellbeing
