What You’ll DoSupport the Head Chef with menu creation, prep, and smooth daily operations
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage stock, ordering, and waste reduction
Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
Control food costs and support budget targets
Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
Deliver dishes that meet client and customer expectations, including dietary needs
