Legal Secretary - Private Client

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary – Private Client based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full Time Permanent basis. 

Summary of the Legal Secretary – Private Client role 

Salary: £28,000 
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent 
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm - 35 hour working week

Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary – Private Client

Assist with Tax planning and the preparation of Wills and Wealth Protection issues
Assist with file management and organising and maintaining documents and records
Managing client correspondence including drafting letters, emails and legal documents
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Requirements for a successful Legal Secretary – Private Client

Experience working in a private client team
Basic knowledge of Inheritance Tax
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines
