Industrial manufacturing & automated production processes
Shift rotation with element of nights (1 out of 4 weeks)
£48,500 per annum + OT

Our client is a well-known manufacturing business supplying to top tier OEMs around the world. You will be working on a variety of equipment from overhead crane systems, CNC machinery, automated production lines (and much more!).
Requirements needed:
* Electrical bias
* HNC or HND, or Engineering apprenticeship with a minimum level 3 qualification, BTEC/NVQ/City and Guilds or equivalent.
* Competent in reading electrical & mechanical diagrams and fault-finding control panels.
* Ability to pass medical which includes assessments for working at height and in confined spaces.
* Ability to work proactively to a high standard using your own initiative as part of the shift patterns
* Computer literate with basic office software experience.
* Resilient, resourceful with good judgement and decision-making skills.
Job role:
* Minimize production downtime by trouble shooting breakdowns and preventing reoccurrences.
* Working with electrical and mechanical drawings and documentation undertake fault finding and modification of plant and equipment.
* Using a Maintenance Management System carry out Preventative/ planned maintenance work.
* Help identify & support improvements to increase reliability of equipment and reduce reoccurring faults.
* Ensure that all Company policies relating to EHS are followed.
* Maintain and enhance job knowledge through training.
* Required to perform electrical and mechanical work, including fabrication, welding and some small electrical installation work as required.

* Mornings: 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday
* Afternoons: 1:45pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 12:15pm to 7:15pm
* Days: 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday & 8am to 2pm Friday
* Nights: 10pm to 6am Sunday to Thursday (finishing Friday morning)
