Job Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
Ensure all public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces are kept tidy and presentable.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Assist with laundry duties as required, including handling linens and towels.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or room attendant role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and weekends.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality environments.
Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
Public transport may be required due to the location.
Candidates applying must live in the Inverness or Nairn area to commute daily to the location.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate with various shifts available from 9:00 am to approximately 3:30/4:00 pm, Monday to Sunday - rota basis. Our client will consider 4 - 6 hours per day also..
