About the Role
This role requires a confident and experienced Social Worker who can work effectively across children’s and adult services where required. You will play a key role in safeguarding vulnerable individuals and ensuring best practice is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload within Children’s Services
* Undertake safeguarding responsibilities and risk assessments
* Work flexibly across services, including adult services when needed
* Collaborate with multi-agency partners to support positive outcomes
* Maintain high standards of recording and case management
Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
* Strong experience within Children’s Services
* Proven safeguarding experience
* Ability to adapt across both children’s and adult services
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
