The Role
Set and operate CNC machines
Work with Fanuc controls
Machine components to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
Carry out tooling changes, offsets, first-offs, and quality checks
Keep machines running efficiently and maintain high standards

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
Confident working with CNC machinery in a production environment
Able to read engineering drawings and work to precision standards
