This Dozer Operator role offers consistent, long-term work and a supportive site environment.

The Role

Operate bulldozers to carry out grading, levelling, and bulk earthmoving tasks on site
Work closely with site supervisors, groundworkers, and plant operators to deliver project plans
Use GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate levels and efficient outputs
Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation
Follow site drawings, levels, and health and safety procedures at all times

We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Dozer Operator or heavy equipment operator on construction or civils sites
GPS experience (machine control systems)
Valid Safety Critical Medical
Dozer certification: NPORS or CPCS is essential for this role
Strong awareness of site safety and ability to follow instructions accurately
