Location - March, Cambridgeshire

Working across- 2 schools with the same trust

Daily rate - £95-£110 Deepening on experience

Pay- Weekly PAYE (No umbrella deduction)

Start date - April 2026

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced high level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and forward-thinking school trust in March, Cambridgeshire area. This role offered exclusively through Tradewind Recruitment and provides an excellent opportunity to work across two welcoming schools with string leadership and postie Good rated Ofsted.

The Role:

As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across both schools. This will include delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting small groups and whole classes, and working closely with teachers to enhance pupil progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons in absence of the class teacher.
Support students across a range of abilities.
Assist Students across a range of abilities.
Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities.
Provided targeted intervention and support.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:

HLTA statues or equivalent qualification
Proven experience working in a school setting.
A hand on, proactive approach
Strong classroom management skills
