We’re recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a growing, fast-paced business where you’ll take full control of procurement, logistics, inventory and distribution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape processes, improve performance, and play a key part in delivering products on time, in full (OTIF) while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end supply chain (procurement → production → distribution)
* Driving OTIF performance and improving supply chain efficiency
* Managing suppliers, contracts and inventory levels
* Overseeing logistics, warehousing and delivery operations
* Leading and developing the supply chain team
* Monitoring costs, performance and KPIs
* Working closely with production, finance and commercial teams
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain Manager role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience with MRP systems (Sage 200 desirable)
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
* Ability to manage change, improve processes and drive results
What's on offer:
* £45,000 – £50,000 salary (DOE)
* Monday–Friday (early finish Friday)
