We're recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Waste Operative to join a well-established and supportive team based in Poole.
This role involves working alongside the site operator to maintain the smooth running of a local facility.
It's a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team.
Key Duties:
Cleaning of tanks
General site tidiness (litter picking, weed removing, bush cutting/trimming, washing spillages, shovelling rag/Grit, cleaning MCCs )
Assist in moving equipment when needed and pumps
General labouring duties What You'll Need:
Previous labouring or general maintenance experience
A proactive and hands-on approach
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Good teamwork and communication skillsHours & Pay:
£13.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
