How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Our client is looking for skilled Technical Recruiters to join their team in Dublin, supporting the rapid expansion of AWS Data Centres across the EMEA region.

    The Role:

    In this dynamic, sourcing-led position, you will:

    Proactively source technical talent to support AWS data centre growth across EMEA (UK, Spain, Germany, MENA).
    Engage with candidates through high-touch, phone-led outreach to build long-term relationships.
    Employ creative and non-traditional sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive talent.
    Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to interview coordination.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and continuously improve recruitment processes.
    Maintain a candidate-first mindset, in line with leadership principles.What We're Looking For:

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    Proven experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter in fast-paced or scaling environments.
    Strong direct sourcing skills with a knack for phone-based outreach.
    Excellent candidate relationship management abilities.
    A passion for sourcing and network building over processing applications.
    Comfort working five days a week in an office environment.
    German, French or Spanish languages would be 'nice to have' but not essential
