We are seeking a people-focused Showroom Lead to bring our pillars of People, Product, Customer, and Community to life at our showroom.
You will oversee showroom presentation, design consultations, and merchandising, while building strong, meaningful relationships with clients. Balancing leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence, you will help shape our showroom to reflect our values, showcasing our products,
What you will be doing
Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is welcoming, organised, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Lead a small showroom with one additional team member, supporting them in delivering a confident and professional client experience.
• Host and support design consultations, product demonstrations and walk-in enquiries.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and product displays,
Assist with events,
