Are you a skilled SEND Teacher looking for opportunities in the Rushden and Wellingborough areas? Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a number of partner schools to recruit passionate and experienced Specialist SEND Teachers to support pupils with additional needs.
This role will involve teaching and supporting students with a wide range of SEND, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, adapt resources to suit individual learners, and work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SENCOs to provide a holistic approach to education.
The successful candidate will hold QTS (or equivalent) and have a strong background in SEND education. Experience working with EHCPs, implementing targeted interventions, and managing challenging behaviours is highly desirable. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
