* Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
* Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.25 per hour
Our West Bromwich-based client is currently seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Operator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive manufacturing environment offering a great work-life balance and early finishes every Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate CNC machinery to produce components according to technical specifications.
* Load and unload materials and finished products.
* Conduct regular quality checks on produced parts.
* Maintain clean and safe working conditions.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience operating CNC machinery is essential.
* Ability to read technical drawings and work with measuring tools.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
