a £5m prime residential project in Regents Park, where you’ll be site-based.
The Role
Manage all financial and contractual elements
Lead procurement and subcontractor packages
Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts
Produce cost reports, forecasts, and cashflow
Monitor performance and manage commercial risk About You
Experience in prime or high-end residential
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
