What's involved?
Supporting the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
Maintaining organisation and cleanliness within your section
Assisting during busy service periods
Ensuring consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Commis or Demi Chef level)
Passion for high-quality, fresh food
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well under pressure
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
