Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and processing customer orders for technical equipment
Reviewing technical specifications to ensure accurate configuration and fit-for-purpose solutions
Acting as a central point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams
Maintaining and updating orders within ERP systems
Supporting resolution of delivery, product, or application-related queries
Liaising closely with engineering, production, and procurement
Getting involved in process improvements and internal projectsWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Sales Administration, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination
Comfortable working in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using ERP systems, Excel, and multiple internal tools
Clear communicator who enjoys working with both customers and technical teams
