Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-class support to teachers and pupil in KS2
* Monitor and report on pupil progress
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
* SEND experience
* Promote and support positive behaviour strategies across the classroom
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with Primary aged children
* Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Experience covering classes
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
