We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Adult Support Workers to join our team. You will be supporting adults with a range of needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a care setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support

Assist with daily living activities including personal care

Support service users with mobility and moving & handling tasks

Build positive relationships with service users and colleagues

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
Requirements:

Valid DBS registered on the Update Service (mandatory)
*
Moving & Handling Practical Training Certificate (must)
*
Previous experience in adult care is preferred
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills
*
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
