The Role:
As Project Administrator, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across procurement, compliance and site operations ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of maintaining accurate project records using Procore and 1Breadcrumb.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support tendering and procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders, tracking quotations and verifying delivery dockets
* Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate financial records
* Coordinate site documentation, reporting and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing, deliveries and issue resolution
* Source and obtain competitive quotes for materials and services
* Assist with resolving delivery, invoice and order discrepancies
* Manage and maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings) within Procore
* Oversee subcontractor onboarding, inductions and compliance using 1Breadcrumb
* Track variations, change orders and maintain financial logs
* Support the preparation of H&S files and O&M manuals
* Provide general administrative and commercial support to project and site teams
* Monitor shared inboxes and ensure all correspondence is accurately filed
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in construction administration
* Strong working knowledge of Procore (essential)
* Experience using 1Breadcrumb or similar H&S compliance platforms
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and cost tracking
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive, team oriented, and solution focused approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to interpret quotations and reconcile against purchase orders and deliveries
