Develop and manage commercial insight tools that translate complex data into clear, accessible outputs for sales and leadership teams
Act as the key link between data and the business, prioritising requests and delivering insights in a way that is easy to understand and act on
Partner closely with sales, strategy, and CRM stakeholders to shape how performance is measured and ensure insights directly inform decisions
Present findings to senior stakeholders, using strong storytelling to turn analysis into clear actions and continuously refining outputs based on feedback and impact
What you will bring:
Proven experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, with a strong focus on communicating insights to non-technical audiences
Advanced data visualisation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling messages
Experience working with tools such as Power BI and CRM systems like Salesforce to produce stakeholder-ready outputs
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting, influencing decisions, and adapting communication style to different audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
