Operations Manager

What You Will Do:

- Oversee all aspects of operations, including procurement, quality assurance, inventory management, customer service, and despatch, ensuring compliance with BS EN ISO standards.

- Lead the team to achieve and exceed targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with sales and corporate teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive alignment across business units.

- Initiate and manage process improvement projects, utilising proven methodologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

- Develop and mentor your leadership team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to excel and grow.

- Implement strategies to reduce CO2e emissions, contributing to the company's sustainability goals.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in a management role within warehouse, manufacturing, or operations, with a track record of success.

- Strong understanding of inventory management and operational processes, with at least five years of relevant experience.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams to achieve high performance.

- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.

- A process-oriented mindset with excellent organisational and decision-making abilities.
