We are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Hounslow, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.

The Role:
Support teachers in planning and delivering structured lessons for SEN pupils
Lead small group and 1:1 interventions to reinforce learning
Assist pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social development
Supervise and mentor other support staff where required
Help maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environmentWe are looking for someone who:
Has experience working in a SEN or inclusive setting
Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
Is confident managing challenging behaviour and implementing behaviour strategies
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Is patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
Holds or is willing to obtain a Child and Adult DBSWhat's on offer:
