Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Cleaning Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites across the Lincolnshire area.
This is a full-time role where some flexibility will be required with regard to working hours, (early mornings, evenings, weekends depending on sites).
Responsibilities:
Operations
* Managing and supporting cleaning staff across your sites
* Organising daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules
* Making sure all work meets company standards and client expectations
* Carrying out regular site inspections and dealing with any issues quickly
* Managing stock levels of cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE
Team Management
* Recruiting and training new staff
* Creating rotas and ensuring all shifts are covered
* Delivering training, including health & safety and cleaning standards
Health & Safety
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with COSHH and H&S regulations
* Keeping records such as risk assessments and safety checks up to date
Client Communication
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients
* Dealing with feedback or complaints and resolving them quickly
* Attending meetings and providing performance updates
Admin & Reporting
* Keeping records of attendance, audits, and stock
* Producing regular reports on cleaning performance
* Supporting continuous improvement across services
Person Specification:
* Experience managing cleaning teams
* Good communication and people skills
* Knowledge of cleaning methods and standards
* Understanding of health & safety (COSHH knowledge beneficial)
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Customer service experience is essential
* Cleaning qualifications (e.g. BICSc) are a bonus but not required
