The Role:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEN pupils
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
Lead classroom management and behaviour strategies in line with individual plans
Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support staff, and therapists to implement personalised learning plans
Create a structured, engaging, and safe classroom environmentWe are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience working with SEN or SEMH pupils (desirable but not essential)
Is patient, resilient, and adaptable
Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
