About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile £50m RC Frame residential development in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a clear pathway to Contract Manager level.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
* Lead site teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
* Ensure delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
* Oversee health & safety compliance and ensure best practice is maintained
* Monitor progress, budgets, and risk, implementing solutions where required
* Drive programme and performance to meet key milestones
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on RC Frame residential projects
* Track record of delivering projects valued at £30m+
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
* Relevant construction qualification (Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent)
