Location: Little Melton, Norfolk
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 18:00 (4 days per week, with one weekday off and weekends free)
About the Role
Select Recruitment is currently seeking Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established, non-meat food manufacturing client based in Little Melton. This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy and fast-paced production environment, ideal for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and looking for stable, ongoing day shift work.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality to ensure company standards are consistently met
Pack and label finished goods accurately
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the production area
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets
Requirements
Strong work ethic and a reliable approach to work
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous experience in a production or factory setting is advantageous but not essential
