How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Maintenance Manager

    £50,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Days-based + Benefits

    Ilkeston, East Midlands (Commutable from: Nottingham, Derby, Heanor, Beeston, West Bridgford, Ripley, Loughborough, Kegworth, Bingham)

    Are you a Maintenance Manager looking to join a nationally-renowned business, where you will lead and develop your own team of skilled engineers in a varied Monday - Friday days based role?

    This company have secured themselves as leaders within the Industrial market and have partnerships in place with leading clients across the UK. Due to innovative, forward thinking and high-end equipment, they are now looking to bring on board a new Maintenance Manager.

    In this varied role you will be based out of your own office and their fully-equipped processing plant. You will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance engineers on a range of Electro-Mechanical machinery.

    This role would suit a Maintenance Manager looking to take a pivotal role in an exciting expanding company, with great progression opportunities.

    The Role:

    Maintenance Manager.
    Responsible for PPM schedule and improving processes.
    50% Office / 50% Plant.
    Monday - Friday days role (8am - 5pm).The Person:

    Maintenance and Supervisory experience.
    Mechanical and or Electrical background.
    Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant background.
