Senior Management Accountant

A growing, forward-thinking business is looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, progressive, and keen to make an impact within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be encouraged to challenge, improve, and add real value across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business

What We’re Looking For

Fully qualified CIMA 
Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
Solid background in financial reporting and management accounting
A proactive, driven individual who is keen to develop and progress
Strong attention to detail with a commercial and analytical mindset
