Air Conditioning Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile M&E Engineer with an AC bias to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

* Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours

* Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)

* On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – (Friday - Friday, this is for emergencies only)

* Salary - £41,210/Yr.

* Location – Wrexham & Surrounding

* Extra – Overtime available.

Your duties as an Air Conditioning Engineer will be yet not limited to

* · PPMs on commercial HVAC systems

* · Diagnostics and fault finding

* · Repairs to cooling units and AHU’s

* · Rectifying faults in plant rooms

* · Splits, VRF and more.

* · You will also be asked to support with minor plumbing and fabric work within the facility.
