This is a high-impact role where you'll influence organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability - ensuring the business is set up for success both now and in the future.
As the HR Business Partner you will be:
Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goals
Shaping organisational design, workforce and succession planning
Coaching leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
Supporting change and transformation initiatives
Using people data and insight to drive decision-making and improve outcomes
Providing expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation
Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiativesProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or commercial environment
Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
Experience supporting change and transformation
Solid knowledge of UK employment law
Data-driven, with the ability to translate insight into action
Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholdersJob Offer
📍 Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Bristol office, with occasional travel to other offices.
💼 Contract: Full time - 12-months, interviews asap, April start.
💰 Salary: £70k - £80k - dependant on experience + Great benefits
