About the Role
An established roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Roofing Surveyor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing services across a range of projects.Working throughout the North West.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out on-site surveys and provide professional technical advice
Produce detailed survey reports, designs, and specifications to company standards
Support site operatives and resolve technical and workmanship issues
Assist with complaint investigations and contractor assessments
Ensure all works comply with British Standards and current building regulations
Prepare specifications, safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments
Requirements
Proven experience in roofing and/or construction
Experience working within social housing environments
Good understanding of KPIs, SORs, and work-in-progress (WIP) management
Knowledge of slate, tile, and flat roofing systems
Competent IT skills, including Word processing and job management software
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
