Staffline is recruiting Reach Truck and VNA Drivers in Desborough.
The rate of pay is :
Days - £13.74 per hour
Nights - £14.74 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at £21.10 per hour.
This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, shift patterns available are:
- 6pm to 6am- Fixed Shift
- 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am - Rotating Shift
Your Time at Work
As an FLT Driver your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for supporting warehouse operations by preparing, processing, and completing orders efficiently and safely.
- Duties include receiving and handling stock, performing inventory checks, and maintaining high-quality standards for audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts/teletrucks, carrying out full safety inspections and required paperwork.
- Supports production by ensuring a steady flow of materials, loading operators, supplying labourers, and moving items with correct route identification.
- Additional tasks include packing, picking, scanning, banding, wrapping products, and assisting with packaging preparation.
- Maintains clean and safe working areas, follows company procedures, and adheres to all health and safety policies.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be physically fit, as there is some manual handling.
Applicants must have previous experience and have an in-date Reach or VNA licence.
