A well-established main contractor with a turnover of approximately £500m is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a £50m industrial facility in Stafford.

The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a £50m industrial scheme in Stafford, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, managing subcontractors and driving programme performance from start through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing site operations on a £50m industrial facility
* Leading and coordinating subcontractors and site teams
* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Driving programme delivery and managing site logistics
* Maintaining quality standards across all construction phases
* Chairing site meetings and reporting progress to senior management
* Managing site documentation and compliance requirements
* Working collaboratively with design and commercial teams
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager
* Background working for a main contractor
* Experience delivering industrial, logistics, or large-scale commercial projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
* Ability to manage projects from groundworks through to completion
