The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery against programme, budget, and quality expectations. The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee procurement strategies, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to business development, mentor junior team members, and ensure best practice is maintained across all project stages.
The Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will ideally have:
Experience as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy
Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) or working towards
Strong knowledge of contract administration and project delivery
Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
Experience across multiple sectors such as residential, education, or heritageYou must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
