Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages
Can be LTD Company Status (outside IR35) or Permanent and salaried with package
Role will be treated as long term and permanent, if LTD Co a professional services contract will be offered
PERMANENT Salary up to £82,000 + Package
LTD CO Rate - negotiable

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m - £6m.
Should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, office and home working.

•Sites are within 30 miles of Birmingham and surrounding areas.
•Reporting to Commercial Director
