Valoris Group Limited is growing and looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Fareham.

We specialise in recruitment across the renewable energy, building services and technical sectors, supporting clients and candidates across the UK. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You do not need previous recruitment experience. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, confidence and the willingness to learn.

The Opportunity

This role will give you the chance to develop real commercial skills, build confidence, earn commission and progress based on performance.

You will be trained to:

* speak with candidates and build strong relationships

* source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and outreach

* write adverts and attract the right people

* qualify candidates on experience, motivation, salary and availability

* support live vacancies and recruitment processes

* manage interview coordination and placement activity

* use CRM systems properly and keep records up to date
