Hourly Rate: £18.60 - £20.84 per hour
We're looking for a skilled Plumber Multi-Trade to deliver a first-class service for a housing association across Borehamwood and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance, including plumbing repairs, leak detection, tap and bath installations, and other multi-trade tasks.
Conducting property MOTs and void inspections, diagnosing and resolving faults promptly.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Using electronic devices to receive job instructions, update progress, and accurately record completed or outstanding work.
Providing excellent customer service and acting as a professional representative of the housing association.
Managing van stock and ordering materials in line with company procedures.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable)Benefits:
